Rates are based on two people per room, per night.
Extra people allowed in double rooms only.
$10 extra for persons 10yrs and older.

Higher rates apply on holidays, special events, bike week, NASCAR, Timberman, etc.

Personal checks accepted 30 days prior to check in and only for advance reservations.

Check in time is 2:00 PM.
Check out time 11:00 AM.
Office closes at 9:30 PM.
We do not provide beach or pool towels.
Facilities are for registered guests ONLY.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the guests room. Smoking is subject to a $150 cleaning fee.
Parking is limited to one space/car per room. We cannot accommodate trailers, boats or additional vehicles in the high season. Other times you should ask if you have an additional car, or trailer.
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to scheduled arrival are charged $25.
Cancellations must be made in writing, by email with acknowledgement, or by phone. Voice mails and emails that are not responded are not considered cancellations.
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled arrival, 1:00 PM the day prior are charged for the first night. Stricter cancellation policies are in effect for Motorcycle week, NASCAR, Timberman and other events or major holidays.
No shows or cancellations after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival are charged for the first and the last day of the reservation.
We love all animals, but for the comfort of other guests we cannot accept pets of any kind.
