  • Rates do not include 9% NH rooms and meals tax.
  • Rates are based on two people per room, per night.
  • Extra people allowed in double rooms only.
  • $10 extra for persons 10yrs and older.
  • Maximum of four persons per room.
  • Higher rates apply on holidays, special events, bike week, NASCAR, Timberman, etc.
  • Credit card or deposit required for reservations.
  • Personal checks accepted 30 days prior to check in and only for advance reservations.
  • Credit cards accepted: VISA, MC, Discover.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Two night minimum on most summer weekends.
  • Check in time is 2:00 PM.
  • Check out time 11:00 AM.
  • Office closes at 9:30 PM.
  • We do not provide beach or pool towels.
  • Facilities are for registered guests ONLY.
  • Smoking is NOT permitted in the guests room. Smoking is subject to a $150 cleaning fee.
  • Parking is limited to one space/car per room.  We cannot accommodate trailers, boats or additional vehicles in the high season.  Other times you should ask if you have an additional car, or trailer.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to scheduled arrival are charged $25.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing, by email with acknowledgement, or by phone. Voice mails and emails that are not responded are not considered cancellations.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled arrival, 1:00 PM the day prior are charged for the first night.  Stricter cancellation policies are in effect for Motorcycle week, NASCAR, Timberman and other events or major holidays.
  • No shows or cancellations after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival are charged for the first and the last day of the reservation.
  • We love all animals, but for the comfort of other guests we cannot accept pets of any kind.
